Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Kyley, and I am not just a recruiter, I am a veterinary professional.

My passion for veterinary medicine began long before I ever stepped into a clinic.

I grew up on a small farm in Central Pennsylvania, where caring for animals was simply a way of life. I was constantly surrounded by animals who taught me responsibility, compassion, and the joy that comes from caring for them. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong passion that would shape both my education and my career.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology with the intention of attending veterinary school. Along the way, however, I discovered a path I hadn't expected. After working alongside veterinary technicians, I quickly realized that I had found where I truly belonged. I fell in love with the hands-on nature of patient care, the fast-paced environment of veterinary medicine, and the incredible bond that exists between veterinary teams and the families they serve.

Today, I work as a veterinary technician, where I have the privilege of caring for patients in general practice while assisting with surgery and diagnostic ultrasound. Every day, I experience firsthand the challenges veterinary hospitals face—from staffing shortages and burnout to the importance of finding team members who genuinely fit a practice's culture and values.

That experience is what inspired me to create Keystone Veterinary Staffing.

I wanted to build a recruiting company that truly understands veterinary medicine because it's lived it, not one that simply matches resumes to job descriptions. My goal is to help veterinary hospitals build stronger teams by connecting them with professionals who are not only qualified, but who share their values, work ethic, and commitment to exceptional patient care.
